Hi! I’m Mark from MOONEYES BKK.
This time, I had the incredible opportunity to join the Art of Speed show in Malaysia with our team.
And standing right across from me in this photo is none other than Mr. Shige Suganuma, or as we all know him — the Big Boss of the MOONEYES empire.
The car you see here is my very own — a 1960 VW Volkswagen Buggy “MOON Bug”, which I brought to compete in the show.
Here are just some of the motorcycles showcased at the event. I was honestly blown away by the craftsmanship — the details, the style, and the countless touches that truly highlight the amazing work coming out of Malaysia’s custom scene.Seriously, these builders are on another level.
This section features the car competition area — and let me tell you, the lineup was just as impressive.
The vibe? Classic and bold with that unmistakable American hot rod soul.
This was our booth — MOONEYES SHOP BKK — and we came fully loaded.
We brought along our latest items including the 2025 MOONEYES BKK Logo Tee, as well as an exclusive blue version that we only release at special events.
We also brought along items from our family brand Fatboy Design — caps, tees, tire valve caps, stickers… we were all in.
Around us were booths from other amazing builders and crews. This one in the photo is Kustom Style SO-CAL.
Aside from us, there were also some amazing fellow Thais representing!
You might recognize Petch from Petch Pai Klaw channel, who also brought his car to compete.
In the center, that’s Bomb from Bangkok Hot Rod, and on the right is Kiwii Twinkle, a talented Thai artist.
Standing far right is Abah & Sons a.k.a. Pa’din Musa — absolute legend.
And back there? That’s Bank Swerve, our OG editor who’s now making moves as an influencer too.
This was the awards ceremony moment — so many incredible people receiving well-deserved recognition.
Lastly, I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart for inviting me to be a part of such an unforgettable event.
Art of Speed Malaysia was truly something special — the energy, the people, the passion…
I truly hope we meet again every year.
